I have contacted the Health Department but they will only save me about $1200 total and I would have to deliver at a hospital that I do not prefer. We can continue to make the $675 payments each visit, but we are just trying to find a cheaper alternative. I have thought of just using a midwife and no doctor, but there is no option of an epidural this way. (I don’t think I want an epidural, but I want the option.) I also want to state that when I was pregnant with my son, we were in almost the same boat…I was employed, and had insurance through my employer until I quit my job in my 9th month. Of course, when I quit my job, I lost my insurance. I worked for a small private homeless shelter, so they were not required to offer COBRA. At that time, I acquired insurance through Cinergy. So, Im broke and I know its a really awful idea to drive without car insurance, but Im a little unclear about what the rules actually are. OK I think I am a good driver, my ticket was for running a red light, the only reason I ‘ran the red light’ as he put it was b/c the driver infront of me SUDDENLY stopped in the middle of an intersection and they turned on red I had no choice but to go or sit in the middle of the intersection, the man behind me ran the light as well. Last year I when I signed up for medicare back-up insurance I didn’t realize that it was one my doctor’s office didn’t take. Since his office was part of a network owned and operated by the hospital I thought they took them all. I was wrong. I started scrambling to find a doctor that took it (near impossible). During the sign-up period I switched to an insurance I was sure they took since it is a plan by a internationally recognized company. Then I found out he broke away from the clinic he was in and opened his own with a couple of partners. This has been a big complication for a few months, but back in October of 2008, I had a physical exam and my provider billed, what I assumed at the time, my primary insurance company (Horizon NJ Health). However, two years later, Horizon took back that money and my provider has been billing me for that physical back in 2008. I called Horizon and apparently they took back the money because I had another health insurance, and Horizon was no longer my primary. I had not known about my other health insurance company, Aetna student health care, since they never gave me any information or membership details, and I was automatically enrolled for it when I entered my university. When I contacted Aetna, they told me that they weren’t the primary insurance company because they were just student health care. After several phone calls back and forth between Aetna and Horizon… I STILL haven’t figured out who my primary insurance company is since they both claim to be the secondary insurance (and they seem to have endless reasons why the other is primary). I contacted my provider and asked them who they have listed as my primary, and they seem to be clueless about it too (when I spoke to the receptionist and asked, they kinda changed the topic). Is it possible to have two secondary insurance? If not, who should be my primary insurance? If Horizon is my primary, doesn’t that mean they shouldn’t have taken the money back for the physical exam?"

Hi, I’m 16 years old and I currently have a 2002 Gmc Envoy, and I love the qualities of the car, but the brakes are horrible and it’s crash test rating is really low. I’ve had people pull out in front of me on more than 2 occasions and my brakes take so long for the car to stop so im really nervous when driving it. HELP!!!! Do I need car insurance if I don’t own a car and don’t drive much in the state of Florida?
I am 16 years old and State Farm is calling me and it is getting annoying. I don’t own a car and I don’t drive much. When I do drive I borrow the car that is under my sister’s name. My parent’s don’t drive. My dad’s license is expired and he doesn’t drive anymore, and my mom doesn’t know how to drive at all. I keep hearing conflicting things, some say that it is a law in the state of Florida (where I live) that anyone with a license needs to have insurance, while others say that it is not necessary to have insurance if you don’t own a vehicle and don’t drive much. My car was taken to the compound on friday in the uk when the driver was found to have no insurance…..?
However i have got insurance and so when i go to the station to have the form stamped so i can go to the compound and collect my car back, The police tell me i have to produce my licence as well…problem is i cant find it.. so i go to dvla internet site and order form to get a new licence….But this can take 3 weeks to come back and unfortunately the car gets crushed in 2 weeks, But the law says i can continue driving even tho i havent got my licence card …because i do have a licence but its been lost and im waiting on my new one coming.A Please dont answer if you are only speculating on what you think you know i havent got time to read brain dead answers from all you dick eds on here. Should i cancel my car insurance?
I have bought a new car which i get tomorrow(with 7 days free insurance). My car I am trading in the insurance policy ends in September. The insurance company want an extra 700 pounds extra to add my new car. However i have no more payments to make on the car. I do not want to cancel my policy with only 3(free) months left(which will also incurr cancellation charges). I dont want to lose my NCB. I also grudge paying the expensive rate of insurance on my new car when i know i can get it cheaper elsewhere. Can i just leave my policy running and declare my new car off the road till my policy is due for renewal and set up a new policy elsewhere?sorry for such a long ramble. Any advice would be appreciated. Ps. i only have one years NCB so i dont want to lose my second year so close to the end of the policy.. bearing in mind i have no payments to make now either. Gaving a second years NCB would save me a few hundred pounds on my next policy.
